General Motors LLC is an average company. Their products are decent, but there is nothing exceptional about them. I have used their cars for a few years now, and while they have been reliable overall, there have been some small issues here and there. The customer service could also be improved. It's not bad, but it's not great either. Overall, General Motors is a decent company to consider.
