Super bummed about my experience. I wanted something closer to my home and this place had great reviews so I wanted to give it a chance. My husband and I have been planning a baby and when I had a positive pregnancy test, I called this office and asked for a female. I did not know it would be an NP... I am not against it but maybe should have been told. When the NP walked into my appointment, she said so you are pregnant . I sorta wanted a congrats or something! When she said she would not be the one delivering my baby, I asked when I would meet the doc who would, she stated around week 30. WHAT? How would we have a relationship in 2-3 doctor visits? The NP sat in front of me and answered questions that I had, but did not give any information that I did not ask for nor did I get an exam or anything. When leaving I overheard the front desk gal say they were moving... about 10 miles south. This was THE only reason I switched from my original OB. The very next day I went to my original OB and when my HCG levels came back she asked for an ultra sound right away because they were very high. Ends up We have twins! I am so excited but wonder how/why this place was not alarmed of my high hcg levels? It was an odd experience. And to top it off I got a 52$ bill for a new patient visit.
