I recently bought some clothes from Old Navy and I was very disappointed with the quality. The stitching was coming loose on one of the items and the fabric felt cheap. The prices were reasonable, but I expected better quality. The customer service was unhelpful when I tried to resolve the issue. Overall, I would not recommend shopping at Old Navy.
