The need for more friendly staff at the check in desk in the emergency room needs to be a priority. Our family had an emergency lastnight and we went over there to see what was going on. The lady at the check in desk was rude and nasty. She kept saying our family member was not there and didn t even check the computer to see. We knew our family member was there as they had been for days. It was an emergency so you would think she would be understanding and atleast check the system to see but she didn t. Do better Southeast!!
