a current resident here and thinking move out. Such a bad experience living here. 1. there was gun shot every year in Fillmore Street, 2. the fire alarm rang twice last month. 3. package receiving is such a chaos, 4. terrible stuff in the resident service and keep changing every quarter or so. To be honest only the rent is decent comparing to other place but now I can see it comes with a cost.
