This is my second visit in two days to Trillium Mississauga in emergency. I found front staff very cordial. Most of the nurses were rude and didn't care about anything at all. For hours they don't even bother to find it out, what is happening with the patient. I am here in my room and nurse so careless that she didn't bother to ask for a water, cold, any blanket , even not put the bell.Shocking. Disgusting. Never again. Go to any other hospital. Nurses are extremely busy either on computers or cell phones. THIS IS MY SECOND WRITING IN THREE HOURS. DURING THIS TIME NOT EVEN ONCE NURSE VISITED ME. AFTER RINGING THREE TIMES ONE PERSON CAME AS I WANTED TO USE WASHROOM.
MY EXPERIENCE IS HORRIBLE AND IN SUPEREMERGENCY NOT A VISIT BY DOCTOR YET.
