I have been a customer of Axa Art for many years and I must say that their service is average. The process of insuring my art collection was quite smooth. However, I find their communication with clients to be lacking. It sometimes takes them days to respond to my emails, which can be quite frustrating. Overall, I would say that Axa Art is an okay company to work with.
