I recently had the opportunity to utilize a new advertisement platform for my business. To be honest, my experience with this company was just average. While their website was user-friendly, I found the overall process to be somewhat lacking. The targeting options were limited and I didn't feel like I had much control over my ad campaign. Additionally, the customer support was mediocre at best. It took a while to get a response to my inquiry, and when I did, the representative was not overly helpful or knowledgeable. On the positive side, their pricing was competitive and they delivered on the promised ad impressions. However, I expected more customization options and a higher level of customer service. Overall, I would consider trying other advertising platforms before using this one again.
