I used Universitetsmedia-gruppen to advertise my business through their website businessmediasales.com. The overall experience was average. The website was user-friendly and easy to navigate, making it convenient to find the information I needed. However, I found their customer service to be lacking in responsiveness. It took a while for them to get back to my inquiries, and I felt like I had to follow up multiple times to get a satisfactory response. As for the effectiveness of the advertising, it was decent but not outstanding. I did receive some leads, but not as many as I had hoped for. Overall, Universitetsmedia-gruppen provided an average experience with room for improvement in customer service and advertising effectiveness. 👍
