I have been a customer of Intouch sa for many years, and I must say that their service is average. While they are not terrible, there is certainly room for improvement. The website is easy to navigate and the overall user experience is decent. However, there have been a few instances where I encountered technical issues that took longer than expected to be resolved. The customer support team is helpful, but their response time could be better. Overall, I would rate my experience with Intouch sa as average.
