I recently had my car repaired at Mathews Auto Body and overall, my experience was average. The website was easy to navigate and provided useful information about their services. I appreciated the online appointment scheduling option, which made it convenient to book a time that worked for me. The staff at the shop were polite and professional, but I felt like the communication could have been better. It took longer than expected to receive updates on the progress of my car, and I had to reach out multiple times to get any information. The quality of the repairs was satisfactory, but there were a few minor imperfections that I noticed upon closer inspection. The pricing was in line with other auto body shops in the area, but I didn't feel like I got exceptional value for my money.
