I recently purchased a scale from this company's website. The ordering process was smooth, and the product arrived on time. However, I found the scale's accuracy to be somewhat lacking. It seemed to fluctuate, and I had to recalibrate it frequently. Additionally, the customer service response time was slower than I expected when I reached out with questions about the issues I was experiencing.
