I've been a customer of Brookfield Infrastructure Partners for several years now, and I must say they have been consistently average. Their service is reliable, but nothing extraordinary. The website is user-friendly, and it's easy to navigate through the various investment opportunities they offer. However, I feel that their customer support could be improved as it sometimes takes longer than expected to get a response.
