As a guest at Yo1 luxury nature cure - catskills, I found the picturesque location and tranquil ambiance to be quite rejuvenating. The variety of holistic offerings, including yoga and Ayurveda, were enlightening and helped me learn more about wellness practices. However, I did find some aspects of the stay to be lacking in terms of personalized attention and the overall facility upkeep. The staff's knowledge was commendable, but I wished for a more seamless experience in terms of communication and organization. Despite these shortcomings, the nutritious meals and serene surroundings enhanced my sense of well-being.
