I recently booked an appointment at this salon through their website. The website is user-friendly and has a nice layout. However, I found the booking process a bit confusing. It was difficult to find the availability of specific stylists, and there wasn't much information about their specialties. Upon arriving at the salon, the atmosphere was welcoming and clean, but the service was just average. The stylist seemed a bit rushed and didn't take the time to fully understand what I was looking for. The end result was okay, but not exceptional.
