I recently completed the customer service training...

I recently completed the customer service training program at Escuela de Servicio al Cliente de Nicaragua. I found the trainers to be knowledgeable and the content to be valuable. However, I think there could have been more interactive activities to make the training more engaging and practical. Overall, it was a decent experience.
