🌿🐓 I had such a fantastic time at Hawthorne Valley Farm! This hidden gem in Columbia County, New York, offers an authentic farm experience. The staff was warm and friendly, and they took the time to explain the importance of sustainable farming. The farm store had an incredible variety of organic produce, and I couldn't resist trying their farm-fresh eggs. From the moment I arrived, I felt a sense of peace and connection to nature.
