Company is very good but some of employees promoted from IJP thinks that they bought the company and they rules on employees like a dictator. They people have very less skills to manage team. I have worked for 3 months only as a Team Leader in Mohali. I was out sider not IJP person, financially not strong, family depends on my salary and just because of my manager's behave i resigned and what he egoistic person did. Holded my salary and adjusted all my salary in intimation period. Even i intimated him 20 days before and he knows my family condition. Also i have worked full month without any selfishness coz i don t like to betrayed. Managers, HR people they all are mixed. They never listened about anyone's problem.

HR girl said we will adjust your salary when you come again to this company. I swear, i will not come bach to Intelenet. Very bad experience with employees of the same.
