If there were zero stars, that is what it would get. It has been a NIGHTMARE since March. It really is hurting the governor as he says it is running great. It is not!! So many issues still occuring even after 4 months. But the worst part (other than major errors in payments) is the inability to speak with anyone (phone, email, fax all tried every day for HOURS a day) or get help for issues. NOTHING. It is a broke system that has hurt many people. What a shame.
