I recently purchased some items from this company and overall, my experience was decent. The products I bought were of decent quality and arrived in a timely manner. However, I felt that the customer service could have been better. There were some minor issues with my order, and it took a bit longer than expected to resolve them. It would be great if they could improve their communication and response time.
