I recently worked at a tech company in Edmonton, AB and had a mixed experience. While the work was challenging and rewarding, there were some areas where improvements could be made. The company had a good work-life balance and supportive colleagues. However, there were instances where communication and decision-making were inefficient. Despite that, I had a positive overall experience.
