im an american citizen just finished submitting my passport renewal application. i read the reviews here and i dunno whats up with all the negative reviews. it was smooth for me, not problem with staff or guards. americans and japanese are funneled through the same security check point and it feels good being able to cut in front of all the japanese as an american. so i duno whats up with the ppl shouting foul play. i took my photo there and it only takes 19 seconds. submit my appointment, got called, payed at cashier, got receipts and was done. the whole process only took me ten minutes, in and out.
