I have been rowing for a few years now and I have had the opportunity to train with several different coaches. Hands on rowing coaching is by far the best coaching I have ever received. The coaches are highly experienced and they really know how to bring out the best in each rower. The training programs are well-structured and challenging, but also enjoyable. The facilities are top-notch and the team atmosphere is very positive. I have seen significant improvement in my rowing skills since joining Hands on rowing coaching.
