I recently went on a ski holiday and booked through an online company. The experience was overall good. The website was user-friendly and it was easy to find all the necessary information. The staff were helpful and answered all my questions promptly. However, there were a few minor issues with the transfer from the airport to the resort, which took longer than expected. Apart from that, everything was fine.
