Update: I received my package at last. Someone from Mesoestetic received the package from UPS Access Point and delivered to my home. Also, they will send my money back as an apologize for the situation. Hoping no problems with my future orders.

I was totally disappointed with my last order. They sent the order via UPS within 24 hours after I placed my order. It has been nearly 2 weeks now and I could not get the package yet. That is because UPS's courier did not come to my address but directly delivered the package to the access point. When I got in contact with Mesoestetic, they called UPS to redeliver the package. This still goes on. I message to Mesoestetic everyday, they contact with UPS and promise that I will be receiving the package by the next day but no courier at my door for nearly 2 weeks. I requested from Mesoestetic to send a new package with my order (in order not to disrupt my treatment as I ran out of creams) but they did not accept it and went on contacting with UPS. At last, I lost my patience and requested a refund. Now, I am waiting for their reply but most probably they will try to solve the problem with UPS which seems to be planning to deliver the package back to Mesoestetic within 2-3 days since it is not collected from the UPS access point. To sum up, they totally failed with online delivery and problem solving. Prefer other channels to buy online.
