I was referred to another hospital as a follow up on other health matters. Apparently, the insurance company did not accept the referral letter and requested for doctor's memo indicating medical condition/illness/ diagnosis. I called up kkh requested for memo. & the nurse advised me get a medical report which I have to pay $100+. I refused to pay and got appt for next day slot. I went but just to be disappointed. I requested for the memo from the Dr and showed her the email request. She refused to write. Instead, she raised her voice & explained all medical procedures done. N she printed out the ct scan result.. I'm so frustrated. She is one rude doctor.
