As a CUSTOMER, I have been using Ctech systems and technology - systems it for a while now and I must say they are doing an average job. Their services are okay but nothing extraordinary. The customer support is decent and they respond in a timely manner. However, there have been a few instances where I faced technical issues and it took longer than expected to resolve them. Overall, I would give them an average rating.
