Kelly's Cellars is a hidden gem in Belfast. The place has a great ambiance and the staff are incredibly friendly. The food is delicious and the selection of drinks is impressive. They have a good variety of beers and whiskies. I loved the traditional Irish music playing in the background, it added to the overall experience.
