I recently had to call Caterina to have an adjuster come out
to inspect my roof for storm damage. From the time of
first contact until the time the actual cash value deposit was
in my checking account was approximately a week. The
process couldn't have be handled more professionally by
her, her team or by Farmers Insurance in general. It was a very
smooth and uneventful transaction. Again, thank you so much.
