I had a mixed experience with Libra Insurance Partners. While their customer service was excellent and the policy options were great, I found the claims process to be quite complicated. The website was easy to navigate and provided all the necessary information, but the overall experience could have been smoother. However, their competitive rates and timely responses to my inquiries were impressive. Overall, I would rate them as average.
