This dealership has the worst communication ever! ...

This dealership has the worst communication ever! I was working with Alex Loura and Jonathan Welty. I submitted an inquiry on Sunday, Alex got all my information and told me that he ll call me and have an answer by noon the next day. Next day happens and it s 1pm, still haven t heard from him. I called him no answer. I tried to contact Jonathan as well and there was no answer. After waiting around for awhile I called the dealership, I talked to someone and said they would have Alex call me back. Alex texted me back asking for more info. So I gave that to him. After that I don t hear from him to see if I got the approval or not. I called them back again, no answer from either Alex nor Jonathan. So I called the dealership again to explain to them that I m not happy with the people I m working and that I would like to talked to a general manager since none of my salesperson isn t responding to me. The guy on the phone said he would have a manager call me. Still no calls from a manger or anyone. This place have the worst communication ever!!! Do not get a car from this place. Why would you not communicate with someone that s trying to earn their business. I ended up going to another Mercedes dealership where they were able to help me.
