UPDATE: MAY 2017 I Still like the doctors. The front desk is still unpleasant to deal with. Also, the hold times are way out of hand. Today I called and timed my hold. ( I always do to pass the wait). I collection was asked to hold... 5 mins passed, Jackie came back on and asked what she could help me with. I said I needed to make an appt for a physical. I was asked to hold again then 9 minutes later Melanie came back on. There is more to this.... yes I was testy because I have had enough of these lengthy hold times. I was told it was a Monday and they are busy. I told her that was an excuse and what is the excuse when any other day of the week when I'm on hold the same amount of time. Maybe the doctors don't care if they lose patients because of the front desk. In the last year or so, I have been sick or in pain with another issue. I just put off making an appointment because 1. I don't want to call and speak to them because I feel like a bother when I call. 2nd reason is, if I do make the appointment I dread going in due to the front help. Their demeanor is short of angry or just unhappy to be there who knows.....my husband feels this way as well so he won't call to see the doc when I ask him too.
I have come to this clinic off and on since 2003. Originally when my husband was in the service and 2 other times when we came back to the area. However, since I have been back since 2013 I would say the last 2 years have been the most stressful with the staff. I would like to see a change in this but don't believe it will.

I like my doctor.He's great. I have been coming to this office for 3 years now. But I wish this office would get new front desk help. They don't acknowledge you. They never smile. I feel very unwelcome. At the very least they need to be trained in customer service.
