I had an average experience with Bst concierge. While the staff was friendly and professional, the level of service provided did not meet my expectations. There were some delays in getting my requests fulfilled, which was disappointing. However, the company did make efforts to rectify the situation. Despite the average experience, I would be willing to give them another chance.
