I have been a customer of Bbu security, inc for several years and I must say their service has been average. The security system they installed in my home works fine most of the time, but there have been a few instances where it didn't work properly. The customer support team is helpful and always tries to resolve any issues that arise. Overall, I would describe my experience with Bbu security, inc as satisfactory.
