The attention from the seller and the administration people was correct except for the fact that in the second case they promised to call me and never did. On the other hand, it is the first time that I have to request that they give me a document holder, they gave me the papers in hand. Needless to say, I did not receive a key ring, fire extinguisher, safety kit, promotional material, bottle of champagne or anything similar to it and to which I got used to every occasion in which I bought even much cheaper vehicles.
