I recently utilized the services of a consulting firm for my business needs. The firm I chose was recommended by a friend. The consultant assigned to me was knowledgeable and provided valuable insights. However, the overall experience was not as great as I expected. The recommendations given lacked depth and seemed generic. I believe there is room for improvement.
