I have been a customer of Preferred group for a while now and I must say that their services are just average. The website is well-designed and user-friendly, but their customer support can be improved. Sometimes it takes a while to get a response from them and I find it quite frustrating. Overall, my experience with Preferred group has been decent but there is definitely room for improvement.
