Suburban maintenance & construction inc. is an average company. They definitely get the job done, but there's nothing exceptional about their work. I hired them to do some renovations on my house and they completed the job within the promised timeline. However, I wasn't impressed with the quality of their work. It was just okay. I think there are better construction companies out there.
