GoCargo.com is an average cargo company. Their service is decent, but there is room for improvement. Although their website is user-friendly, some features are lacking. The customer service team needs to be more responsive to queries, as I had to wait longer than expected to receive a response. Overall, my experience was satisfactory, but I believe they have the potential to be better.
