I have been a customer of Safety United for several years now and I must say that their services are average. Their website is user-friendly and informative, but I feel that there is room for improvement in terms of customer support. I have encountered a few issues in the past and it took longer than expected to get them resolved. Overall, I would give them a rating of 3 out of 5.
