The Kelly Nissan great customer satisfaction experience in my successful car purchase, can clearly be attributed to the awesome support of Product Specialist/ Sales Associate, Kay Manning.The ability to establish a friendly and actually "fun" rapport with Kay was key in helping to reduce a potentially stressful car-buying transaction. Definitely important to my expectation, that I have confidence in the integrity, professional competency and product knowledge of the Sales Associate assigned to work with me.
