Rootfinders genealogy research is an average company. Their services are decent, but nothing too extraordinary. I hired them to trace my family history, and while they were able to gather some information, I felt like they missed out on important details. The customer service was friendly, but they could have been more attentive and responsive. Overall, it was an okay experience, but I expected more from a professional genealogy research company.
