I recently hired a moving service and chose DonTruck based on their positive reviews. The movers were punctual and worked efficiently. However, I was disappointed with the lack of communication throughout the process. I had to constantly reach out to get updates. Additionally, one of my furniture pieces got scratched during the transportation. Overall, it was an average experience with room for improvement.
