I recently had my hair cut at Sure Cuts and I must say it was an average experience. The haircut itself was fine, but the overall service was just okay. The stylists were friendly enough, but they didn't seem all that skilled or knowledgeable. The salon itself was clean and well-maintained, but it lacked any sort of ambiance or character. I wouldn't necessarily say I had a bad experience, but I also wouldn't rush to go back.
