Working with Paradigm recruiting, llc. was a bit of a mixed experience. While they were able to find me some decent job opportunities, the overall process felt a bit impersonal. I would have appreciated more personalized attention and better communication. However, I did end up finding a job through their assistance, so I can't complain too much.
