DealAid is an average company, nothing special. I've used their services a few times and overall, it has been an okay experience. The website could use some improvement in terms of user interface and navigation. The prices are fair, but sometimes I feel like I could get a better deal elsewhere. The customer service is decent, although it could be more responsive. Overall, I would rate DealAid as average.
