Recent experiences here is disgusting. We went to get the letter to admit a child to Visaka as 4 year case in Human Rights commission given the decision to do so. That decision clearly says, to take the child within a month and after 3 months it's not happening. Had to wait hours for 2 full days. When we talked to the Educational Secretary he gave the order to facts from National School Director. He didn't want to do that and he passed it to his secretaries. One lady told me that they are not bound to accept the decisions from Human Rights Commission. I told her it's in the constitution. After all that harassment we went and explained this prejudice to the secretary and he gave the order to the additional secretary to look into this. He also didn't take a fair action as this is more than 3 months old thing, now they are going to post a letter to the Human Rights Commission again. It was very unpleasant experience.
