I've had a mixed experience with The Coastal Shopper & News. While their website is user-friendly and they have a good selection of products, their customer service leaves much to be desired. I had an issue with a defective item and it took multiple attempts to get a response from their support team. Improvement in this area is necessary to match the quality of their products.
