I used to shop at Marketplan, Inc. because of their wide selection of products and competitive prices. However, lately, their customer service has been extremely poor. It takes forever to get a response to my inquiries, and when I do, it's not helpful at all. They need to improve their customer service if they want to retain loyal customers like me.
