In whole my dental life, worst customer service ever.
I bought 3shape software through Argen. some how the software didn t work. So they tried fix it and they couldn t so, 3shape headquarter tried to fix it but they says scanner and computer good but don t know why it s not working. So, I asked for return, they says there is no return. And I had argued with one of sales rap about non working condition products has to be returned but she says No and she hung up the phone and never answered. I m working on small clam with this happening. I know this big company probably won t even care about my little post. But If I have to buy 3shape again it won t going to be Argen. The price is almost same with other companies. So, go for the company better customer service.
